Based on DepEd Order No. 17, s. 2025 (Revised Basic Education Enrollment Policy)
To ensure orderly school operations while protecting learners’ right to education, the Department of Education provides clear guidelines on late enrollment and transfer of learners during the school year.
I. Late Enrollment
(Provision 34)
Late enrollment may be allowed provided that at least one (1) of the following conditions is met:
Condition A
The learner is able to meet at least eighty percent (80%) of the prescribed class days for the school year.
Condition B
The learner enrolls not later than the conduct of the second summative test in Term 1.
✅ Admission Status:
A learner may be admitted for late enrollment if any one of the above conditions is satisfied.
II. Transfer of Learners
(Provision 35)
Learners transferring from another school within the same school year may be admitted subject to compliance with required documentation.

Beginning‑of‑School‑Year (BOSY) Assessment Results
✅ Admission Status:
The learner shall be admitted upon submission of the required documents.
